All field reservations need to follow the official request proceedure as follows.
1-Please submit your primary date and time request in writing to
2-You should also submit an alternative date and time request in the event your primary request is already taken by another team or event
3-Once approved, the field reservation chairperson will respond to your original request vial e-mail and enter your approved times in the master calendar online
